But I’d like to add that God purposely created some of us to be engines of economic growth, in effect, to be rich so they can be leaders in food production, land development, housing, ship-building, aviation, and other industries/businesses that will accelerate society’s wellbeing. If one has the talent to make money, he must be aware that that talent is a God-given gift that must be used in line with His mandate “to help others”. But then he must now be aware that “much is expected of those to whom much has been given.” Wealth implies an awesome responsibility and a corresponding accountability to God. Nakakatakot maging mayaman. :-)
